It feels like I have taken off the lid of the box of Pandora. And I want to create all the designs that are in my head. And I want to share them with you. Show them all to you. Crazy, don't you think?

I have another camera, and I don't know yet, do I love it or do I hate it :)
I do know that I miss my old camera, we were a team, I knew exactly how she felt about the wheather, about the light and about focus and so on. I knew when to push the right buttons at the right time to get her in her best mood, but this camera??!! It is very different, the buttons are in the wrong places, when I want her stick removed, I have to get her of her statif, and she makes no sound at all when she makes a picture! The old one made a little sound, a soft whisper, so that I knew when I could move her again. So far no good for the new one.
But then again, the pictures this new girl makes... I am perplexed. So clear, so sharp, so... almost not real. She catches every ray of light that is in the crystal, it is almost surreal, more like art, very nice! Here are her very first photo's. I hope you like them too :)

I am only 9 pins away from the magical 1000!!!!

At Dawanda, people can pin the shops they like and my shop has 991 pins at this moment. It will not take long and I have 1000 people who have pinned Natural Jewels. 1000!!!! I cannot believe it. So many :)

And this week an interview is published at Dawanda, I am telling about my shop, my jewellery and what it all means to me. That means there will be more people visiting my shop than normally and that might mean more pins than normal too.

These earrings were so much fun to make! It is a triangle and it is a hoop, or is it necessary that a hoop is round?? I don't know, but the way it goes into your ear is the same way as it is with a hoop. The stones are Smokey Quarz.

Necklace

This is one of the pieces that come right out of my heart. It took 2 days to finish it, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I felt at peace when I was making it. I love it, I think it is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have made untill now. The stones are all Red Garnet.

Well, I guess I have made the BIG decision: I have stopped selling the simple stuff. In my shop at Dawanda I have taken out all the listings of earrings of briolettes, simple wrapped rings and everything that is sold. I used to relist every item as soon as it was sold, waited for the money to come in and than had to make the piece before I could sent it. This took a lot of time, it took ALL my time and there was no time left for making new designs. These new designs were sketched in my drawingbook so I would not forget, and the drawingbook is almost full with new designs that are screaming to be realised. Well, only in my head of course :)
When I was talking to someone about working from your mind (for money) and working with your heart (just follow the flow) this person made me realize I had made the choice to follow the mind. And I always tell other people to follow their heart!!!!
So, where is my drawingbook?? I will be making lots of new designs. And are they going to sell? Yes, they are, my heart is telling me to do this so it has to be okay.
These earrings were made with lots of love. It took me several hours to make them.
